Vicki was appointed Director of Institutional Research and Planning in January 2004. Starting in the Office of Human Resources in 1988 as Coordinator of Computerized Records, she maintained the Human Resources database and later held a pivotal role in the implementation of the Human Resource System (HRS). Moving to a position in the Business Office as Coordinator of Financial Records, she was a member of the Financial Records System (FRS) implementation team and was team leader for the implementation of the College report writing tool (FOCUS). Vicki served as Budget/Financial Analyst from 1992 to 2000 when she was appointed Director of Budget and Payroll Services.
