The Office of Housing and Residential Life compiles a listing of available
rental properties in the local area. The majority of these listings are
unsolicited, however, the department has developed a relationship with
several apartment complexes and landlords in the area. A copy of
off campus listings
may be downloaded using your
Marist Account to log in,
or can be obtained from the Office of Housing and Residential Life in person or
via fax or mail. Our e-mail address is

Landlords wishing to list a rental may submit a Landlord Rental
Form
to be included in the brochure. The Office of Housing of Residential
Life offers this service to all students and staff. Marist College staff has not
inspected the rental properties listed in the brochure. If you have any
questions regarding this service please contact the Housing Office.
Although we have compiled a list of landlords in the area who have agreed to rent to students, we have NOT visited or recommend any specific location or landlord. The Marist College Office of Housing and Residential Life is not responsible for any problems that arise with either your landlord or residence. We recommend that before you enter into any lease agreement that you check local ordinances. The City of Poughkeepsie has recently passed a zoning ordinance relating to student residence throughout the city. You can obtain a copy of the ordinance in our office or through the City of Poughkeepsie website at www.cityofpoughkeepsie.com.
