Organizational Leadership & Communication

The Organizational Leadership and Communication (OLC) program at Marist College is an accelerated Bachelor of Science degree completion program. Designed to meet the specific educational needs of adults who have prior college credit, this innovative program offers you the flexibility to obtain a B.S. degree in as little as 2 years while continuing to work and manage personal responsibilities.

Program features:

• Classes meet the same night each week from 6-10 pm for two years, making scheduling easy
• Courses taken sequentially, one at a time, in six-week modules
• Supplemented with online learning that you can do from home
• Classes are conveniently located
• Taught by instructors who also have professional experience in the workplace
• Cohort style- you'll study for two years with the same supportive group of students

The OLC program provides high quality Marist classes at an accelerated pace.

You'll take core courses, Communication courses and Organizational Leadership courses, all meant to build your skills and knowledge for practical application in your workplace.
